This Privacy Policy explains how DWC Interact ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you interact with our WhatsApp AI assistant (the "Assistant") or use our website at dwcinteract.com (the "Service").

1. Information we collect

When you message the Assistant on WhatsApp, we receive and process:

  • Your WhatsApp phone number and the WhatsApp-assigned account identifier.
  • Your WhatsApp profile name, as provided to us by WhatsApp.
  • The content of the messages you send, and the replies the Assistant sends back to you.
  • Message metadata such as timestamps and message identifiers.

When you visit our website, our analytics provider may collect standard technical information such as your browser type, device, and pages visited. We do not require you to create an account.

2. How we use your information

  • To operate the Assistant — receiving your messages, generating responses, and replying to you.
  • To maintain conversation context so the Assistant can hold a coherent conversation.
  • To respond to enquiries and provide the Dubai real-estate information you request.
  • To monitor, debug, secure, and improve the Service.

3. Third-party services

We share the minimum data necessary with service providers that help us run the Assistant:

  • Meta Platforms / WhatsApp — the messaging channel that delivers messages between you and us. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.
  • Anthropic — message content is sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate the Assistant's replies. See Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your messages for advertising.

4. Data retention

We store your messages and the Assistant's replies for as long as needed to operate the Service and maintain conversation history. You may request deletion of your data at any time (see "Your rights" below).

5. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal data we hold about you. To make a request, contact us using the details below. You can also stop sharing data with the Assistant at any time simply by no longer messaging it.

7. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
