These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the DWC Interact WhatsApp AI assistant (the "Assistant") and the website at dwcinteract.com (together, the "Service"). By messaging the Assistant or using the website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service provides automated, AI-generated information and analytics about the Dubai real-estate market. The Assistant responds to messages you send over WhatsApp.

2. Not professional advice

All content provided by the Service is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute financial, investment, legal, tax, or real-estate advice, and it is not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell any property. Always consult a qualified, licensed professional before making any property or investment decision.

3. Accuracy of information

Market data is drawn from third-party and public sources and is presented "as is". Figures may be incomplete, delayed, estimated, or inaccurate. Responses are generated by an AI system and may contain errors. You are responsible for independently verifying any information before relying on it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Submit content that infringes the rights of others or violates applicable law.
• Use the Service to send spam or to harass any person.

5. Availability

We provide the Service on a best-effort basis and may modify, suspend, or discontinue it, in whole or in part, at any time without notice.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its content and software, is owned by DWC Interact or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DWC Interact shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on information provided by the Service. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

8. Third-party services

The Service is delivered over WhatsApp and relies on third-party providers. Your use of WhatsApp is also subject to Meta's and WhatsApp's own terms and policies.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Dubai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
